We must realize that God has done something in our lives. To this day, He continues to call. "My sheep hear my voice; I know them, and they follow me. (John 10:27) If He has called you by name, it is because He knows you. He had to arrange things for you. There are never chances because "The Lord has made everything for a purpose, Even the wicked for the day of trouble." (Proverbs 16:4)
God is in control of all things. "Can the trumpet be blown in a city without the people being terrified? Or does evil happen in a city, and the Lord is not the author of it? (Amos 3:6) If only we could consider this Grace! This great God has brought Himself to our level. You cannot understand God in the flesh, but you must be born again to enter the spiritual. "That which is born of the flesh is flesh, and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit." (John 3:6) We need the new birth to understand spiritual things. "The spiritual man, on the other hand, judges everything, and is himself judged by no one." (1 Corinthians 2:15) The redemption of man is a perfect and eternal redemption. God cares for you. "I will not leave you orphans; I will come to you." (John 14: 18) "I am the way, the truth, and the life." (John 14:6) When God begins a work, He will also complete it. The Lord does not lead goats but sheep. We must allow ourselves to be led by God. "For as many as are led by the Spirit of God are sons of God. (Romans 8:14) Are you letting God lead you? He will always lead you in the truth. "I will hold your word in my heart, that I may not sin against you. (Psalm 119:11) It takes surrender. God does not force you to do anything, He is not a beggar. If He is God, it is because He has made provision. We are the ones who have to beg him. Look at the Siro-Phoenician woman, she humbled herself. "Yes, Lord," she said, "but the little dogs eat the crumbs that fall from their masters' table." (Matthew 15:27)
You feel important. "The fear of the Lord teaches wisdom, And humility goes before glory." (Proverbs 15: 33) "Arrogance goes before destruction, And pride goes before a fall." (Proverbs 16:18) When you are led by the Spirit of the Lord then it is happiness. If you are led by God, you are a son of God, then everything that is His is ours. Don't waste your time for nothing. "I will not leave you, I will not forsake you." (Joshua 1:5) You are not blessed, not happy because you disobey the Word. The widow of Zarephath had nothing, but she simply obeyed the Word. You can never compare one man of God with another man. When God got hold of him, it is different. The man of God first asked this woman to make him a cake. God is testing you. Abraham had received the promise in Isaac and the same God asks him to sacrifice his son. Abraham obeyed, he believed in God's promise. After obeying, this woman got what she needed. Her problem was solved.
Question 1 by Sr. Anne-Laure: What is the difference between faith, hope and expectation?
Hope and expectation are the same thing.
1 Corinthians 13:4-13 / Hebrews 11:1 / Luke 24:13-21
Faith is a firm assurance, there is no "maybe". With faith, you are sure and certain that it is He who delivers Israel.
Hebrews 11:1
Faith energizes hope. Hope is counting on the person but faith is certainty.
Question 2 from Sr. Anne-Laure: If God predestined us before the foundation of the world, then for what reason did He create unbelievers?
Genesis 1: 1, 6-13, 24 until Genesis 2: 1
God is the origin of everything and the ultimate of everything is man. God created man and woman. Eve was taken from Adam's rib. During all this time, they were bathing in happiness because they were obedient to the Word of God.
Genesis 3:1
When God makes something, it is always good. He does not create to destroy afterwards. Something happened, something crept in that was outside of what God had made. It caused him to disobey the Word of God. Adam had never thought of touching the tree. What God said was his absolute. That is the obedience of a son of God. But where does disobedience come from?
The serpent is the devil. Evil came through the serpent. The nature of the serpent was never to obey and submit to the Word. Disobedience never came from Adam. The serpent injected doubt. When you doubt, it is an open door to demons. That's when unbelief comes. That's when Eve disobeyed. The origin of all the bad things, the lie, the disobedience come from the devil. If you are a son of God, when God speaks, the thing settles in you. The nature of the serpent is to deceive. All the struggles we have is the struggle between faith and unbelief. By the act that Eve did, there is a seed that came out. From the moment the seed was put into Eve, the Lord acted directly: "And I will put enmity between you and the woman, and between your seed and the seed of the woman" (Genesis 3:15)
Two seeds: the weeds and the good seed. "The good seed are the sons of the kingdom; the tares are the sons of the evil one" (Matthew 13:38). God is not the Author of unbelievers. We cannot cooperate with demons. When the Word comes out, it shakes you because a child of God cannot be disobedient. Faith walks with obedience. By listening to the Word, God delivers you. You do not listen to the Word because the evil one has already entered you. You need deliverance. God does a cleansing in his chosen ones. Faith does not calculate, there is only obedience. Examine yourself! What impact does the Word have on you? Satan seeks to bring down the sons of God. "Trouble often comes to the righteous, but the Lord always delivers him from it." (Psalm 34:19)
Eve had to give birth to two children: Cain and Abel. From the time they were in the garden, there was never anger, disobedience. God is love. "Anyone who hates his brother is a murderer, and you know that no murderer has eternal life abiding in him." (1 John 3:15) "We know that we have passed from death to life, because we love the brethren." (1 John 3: 14) It is not your nature to hate but always kindness, joy, peace.
We must submit to the Word but we do the opposite. We want to submit the Word to us, that's why there is revolt. When evil entered, even the animals were changed. Before, the lion lived in peace with the lamb, but afterwards it became different. "Be fruitful and multiply, and fill the earth, and subdue it; and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moves upon the earth. (Genesis 1:28) Man had title as the son of God. God gave man dominion; He never did that with the angels. God loved man. God created the angels but He did not care about the angels. But for man, "It is not good for man to be alone; I will make him a helper like himself." (Genesis 2:18) We owe Him much respect. "Do not worry about anything" (Philippians 4:6) He will provide for your needs every day. The angels did not understand, but God gave authority to man. Joshua realized who he was: "Sun, stand still over Gibeon, and you, moon, over the valley of Ajalon. And the sun stood still, and the moon stayed, until the nation had taken vengeance on their enemies." (Joshua 10:12-13) "There has not been a day like that, before or since, when the LORD has listened to the voice of a man" (Joshua 10:14)
If God has set his eyes on you, be happy. "I consider that the sufferings of this present time cannot be compared with the glory to come that will be revealed for us." (Romans 8:18) The trial that Satan deploys against you, God transforms for your good. "If God is for us, who can be against us? (Romans 8:31) This Jesus is greater and more glorious than you can imagine. "For he says, and it happens; he commands, and it happens. (Psalm 33:9)
Adam was a son of God, he had the power to rule over all things because he had the title deed. The devil saw this, he saw the authority that God gave to man and he was not happy. Satan came down with guile to achieve this. Never play with your destination. The demons are crafty and cunning, but God gives you revelation. It is that revelation that always puts you over the top. Satan has achieved his goal, Adam has lost control. That's when the bramble and thorns came. Obedience keeps you in the presence of God, everything is possible for you. When doubt comes, you feel remorse, you have lost control.
As the owner is God, Adam was his son. The inheritance can only go to the sons. The snake had nothing to do with God, that's why the snake could not have the title. The title to the property went into the hands of the owner. "For since death came by a man, the resurrection of the dead also came by a man. And as all die in Adam, even so shall all be made alive in Christ" (1 Corinthians 15:21-22) God wanted to see an Adam return. "Who is worthy to open the book and to loose its seals? And no one in heaven or on earth or under the earth could open the book or look into it. And I wept greatly because no one was found worthy to open the book or to look into it. And one of the elders said unto me, Weep not: behold, the lion of the tribe of Judah, the son of David, hath prevailed to open the book and the seven seals thereof. (Revelation 5:2-5) They were not looking for a God but for a man. When the demons saw Jesus, they saw a man but they felt the power of God.
Wake up, your God is alive!
