"And behold, I am with you always, even to the end of the age." (Matthew 28:20) Every day that passes, we are happy. We too, in return, want to do for Him. "Teacher, what is the greatest commandment in the law? Jesus answered, "You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind." (Matthew 20:36-37) God loves to be loved and to have the first place.
Psalm 16:9-11
When we speak of beloved, we are speaking of the chosen one. Our Lord cares for the one He loves and the one who loves Him. "For we love Him, because He first loved us. (1 John 4:19) Love comes from God.
We need unity so that when we pray, we are as one. God wants us to be one. We struggle and walk together. God gave His life, not for one to be lost, we must have the same feelings for each other. Your brother will never be an enemy.
We don't know how to do it, or what to do, but God comes and shows us the way. Satan does a lot just to discourage the Christian. Satan always tries to make you reason, how can you believe in what you don't see? "But as it is written, "These are things which eye has not seen, nor ear heard, nor have they entered into the heart of man, things which God has prepared for those who love him. (1 Corinthians 2:9) We are certain of what God has given us. That is the difference with Satan. Satan cannot have what we have: God has given you faith, that is, to believe in the impossible. That is your strength, your victory.
God does not force you to do anything. He takes the place you give Him. May we abandon all resistance so that God can do what He wants in us. Each of us must truly die to self. To die in Christ is to live. When you are dead, you don't have to do anything else because He is in you. As long as you are not dead, there will always be your reason, your thought that will take over.
God can never fail. God gives us the perseverance to cling to Him. What He had to say will come to pass. "For He says, and it happens; He commands, and it is done. (Psalm 33:9)
No matter what situation you find yourself in, we must never rebel against God because He has the right over us. Therefore, celebrate Him for everything He does. We came into this world without asking for anything. Life is ephemeral. Let us be good to people, no matter what their condition. "Owe no man any thing but to love one another" (Romans 13:8). You can have everything, but in the coffin you leave with nothing!
Let us leave it to God, He will perfect us Himself. He is the potter, let Him form us as He wants. Let us not put up any resistance. Our God is good, we have tasted Him, so let us cling to Him. Nothing can exist without His Will. "For He says, and it happens; He commands, and it exists. (Psalm 33:9) Satan gives you the impression that he controls all things, but it is only God who allows it. Satan is not omniscient because he is an angel who was created. Only God is omniscient because He is the Creator.
"Delight yourself in the Lord, and he will give you what your heart desires." (Psalm 37:4) God knows our desires. He knows what you want and He will give it to you, just be obedient and cling to Him. When you have that in your mind, then you sleep well. He is the One who takes care of your tomorrow. He is the one who shapes your tomorrow.
"There is no soldier who is troubled with the affairs of life, if he would please him who enlisted him" (2 Timothy 2:4). Men like the apostle Paul realized the grace and honor that God offered them. "Paul, a prisoner of Christ Jesus" (Philemon 1:1) "For you have been given grace in relation to Christ, not only to believe in him, but also to suffer for him" (Philippians 1:29). This is the life of a believer.
God wants us to be conformed, not to our will, but to His Will. David did the wrong thing with the ark, that's why Uzzah died. We cannot get used to God. We must walk in fear and respect. "In him God chose us before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and blameless before him" (Ephesians 1:4) This is God's desire.
The Word of God can never be changed, it always remains the truth. He is the Eternal One who does not change. When He speaks, He knows the content and the reason for what has been declared. "...as of a lamb without blemish and without spot, predestined before the foundation of the world" (1 Peter 1:19-20) "In Him God has chosen us before the foundation of the world" (Ephesians 1:4) God is therefore omniscient, everything is in Him. Before everything was, God had already seen you there.
If the Lord did not lead us, where would we be today? "Lord, we do not know where you are going; how can we know the way? Jesus said to him, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. (John 14:5-6) We must walk this path to be in the right direction. Let us not be on a path that we think is good and in the end be lost. "For as many as are led by the Spirit of God are sons of God. (Romans 8:14) Let us be obedient to the Word of God.
The people of Israel were in bondage for years and years. God had made the promise to their father Abraham. They came out of Egypt by the mighty hand of God. They have truly seen the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob at work. He is their God. God does the same thing with us. He is our God and He works. We never lose heart. He is not a historical God but He is real.
Every day brings its own set of difficulties, but we have a Comforter who takes care of us. "God is a refuge and a help to us, a help that never fails in trouble. (Psalm 46:1) Sometimes we feel like He doesn't hear, but that is just an impression, God does hear. "And behold, I am with you always, even to the end of the age." (Matthew 28:20) Even in difficult times, we need to be reassured, God is watching.
God does all things by His powerful Word, not by His miracles. The devil imitates a lot too. The most important thing for man is what God has shown by His Word. The stars did not come by miracles but by the Word of God.
We thank the Lord for what He allows in our lives. "We know that all things work together for good of those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose. (Romans 8:28)
"...I will build my church" (Matthew 16:18) If He builds His church then He takes care of it. He is Faithful, which means that if He says something, He always does it. God watches over His Word. He doesn't do it for us but for his glory. "For the Scripture said to Pharaoh, "I have raised you up on purpose to show my power in you, and that my name may be made known throughout the whole earth. (Romans 9:17)
"Watch therefore, since you know neither the day nor the hour." (Matthew 25:13) The breath of life can leave us at any moment, so we must be ready. God knows us and speaks to us. "Today, if you hear his voice, do not harden your hearts, as in the rebellion." (Hebrews 3:15)
"After God had spoken to our fathers through the prophets many times and in many ways in the past, he has spoken to us in these last days through the Son" (Hebrews 1:1-2) When Jesus came on the scene, many things changed.
